ARE DERMAL FILLERS SAFE?

Dermal fillers are made from hyaluronic acid, a naturally produced sugar that occurs in our skin to help repair damaged tissue. Its normal liquid state is transformed into a gel injection to help plump out troublesome lines and bind with collagen, allowing nutrients to flow easily to the skin.

HOW DO DERMAL FILLERS WORK

WHAT DOES THIS TREATMENT INVOLVE?

After applying a numbing cream, your doctor will give you a series of small injections. This non-surgical facelift uses a range of dermal fillers to achieve the desired effect. Depending on your requirements, these can be administered to specific face areas like the cheeks, under the eyes, or lower face. This is depending on which areas you need to improve.

WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT FROM THIS NON-SURGICAL FACELIFT WITH FACE FILLERS?

You will instantly see an improvement in your appearance, but you may have some swelling and redness from the injections, which can take a day or two to settle. The best result is visible typically after around 7-10 days when any mild swelling has subsided. The result will be an improved and rejuvenated facial appearance, which should appear more lifted.

HOW LONG DOES A LIQUID FACELIFT/ 8 POINT FACELIFT TAKE TO SETTLE?

You should be able to resume your normal routine by the following morning. Some clients can experience bruising, and avoiding blood thinners for several days before treatment can reduce the risk of bruising.
